Orders & shipping
How long does it take to make my piece?
Every MYTHARMA piece is made to order. Production takes 1–4 days once your order is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Once your piece has been made, delivery takes 3–7 days. In total, count roughly 4 to 11 days from your order to your door.
Do you ship worldwide? Is shipping free?
Yes. We ship worldwide and shipping is free on every order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your piece ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. Every order is tracked from our hands to yours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every piece is made to order, write to us as quickly as possible using the form below with your order number. If production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Open any ring and click “Find your ring size”. Measure a ring that fits you, or wrap a string around your finger — the finder tells you exactly which size to choose and selects it for you.
How do I choose my suit size?
On every suit and regalia page, click “Find your suit size” and enter your height and weight. The finder recommends your size and shows the matching EU, US and UK sizes.
I'm between two sizes. Which one should I take?
Always choose the larger one. For rings, a wide band sits tighter than a thin one; for suits, the stretch fabric still keeps a close fit.
Do the helms come in different sizes?
The Blackcrest Helm is made in one universal size. Sizing only applies to suits, regalia and rings.
Do you have sizes for children?
Some pieces, like the Heritage Cape Suit, offer a kids option. Our size charts are for adults, so send us the child's height and weight before ordering and we'll confirm the right size.

Can I actually wear my piece?
Yes. Our helms, suits, regalia and rings are wearable — built for conventions, photo shoots and the stage — and made to look just as striking on display.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Our photos show the real design. Hand-finished pieces, like the Blackcrest Helm or the rings, can vary slightly from one to another in texture and finish — that's what makes each one unique.
How do I display my helm?
The Pedestal was designed for exactly that: a sleek black stand, 32.5 cm high, that lifts your helm to eye level on a shelf or desk.
Are the rings adjustable?
No — each ring is made in a fixed size, from 17 to 23 mm. Use the ring size finder on the product page to choose yours.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is secured by Shopify. The payment methods available for your country, including express options like Shop Pay, are shown at checkout.
Prices are shown in my currency — will I be charged more?
Prices are converted to your local currency for convenience. The final amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Taxes are included.
